- People don't die of heredity. They die of their habits. You can't control heredity. You can control what you eat.
- What you eat today is what you wear tomorrow.
- Take your inspiration and turn it into perspiration. That's the key.
- You don't preach to people; you have to set an example.
- We've got to get rid of celebrities selling soft drinks, cakes, pies. Why can't they sell what's good for them? Someone should tell them this.
- Physical fitness should be taught to kindergarteners.
- Kids need pride and discipline. You've got to instill it. They want it; they need it. When they do good, you praise them.
- Living is like training for an athletic event.
- What the hell good is your money (from working too much, lack of exercise) if you have arthritis and rheumatism? Can you make love to your money?
- Getting exercise is not easy. You leave a hot bed and a hot woman and go to a cold gym.
- Dying is easy. Living is a pain in the backside.
Coco Chanel
Nature gives you the face you have at 20; it is up to you to merit the face you have at 50.
Edward Rickenbacker
Courage is doing what you're afraid to do. There can be no courage unless you're scared.
